Job description:

Bike and Roll NYC is the leader in guided bike tours and rentals in New York City. Our 2012 season is underway and we are looking for a receptionist/operator to support our Office Manager. This position involves heavy phone work, fielding calls and answering questions from customers, as well field staff from our various locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Applicants must have prior receptionist/phone operator experience, be extremely friendly and well spoken, and able to "think on their feet". A passion for cycling, health & fitness, and a flexible schedule are all pluses!
